TOC Entries not appearing

Hi there all.
I cannot see the TOC entries. I created a new topic called Contents. I did the Insert>Proxy>Insert TOC proxie. But when I generate the printed MS Word target, the TOC entires do not appear. I have not had this problem with any of my other projects, only this one.

Anyone out there can you tell me what I may have done wrong here please?

You need to add that topic to the TOC itself. Which seems like it would be a loop, but it's not. Print output only adds those pages that are in the TOC, so you have to add the topic with the TOC proxy to the TOC file.
