PDF Bookmarks on left side automatically expanded

Does anyone know why my PDF's that I create from Flare open up with all of the bookmarks expanded? (by bookmarks, I mean the table of contents on the left side). Other PDF's that I open don't do this.

Hi Jesse,

I put this item into the forum before and it is reported to MadCap.
Right now you have to live with it; that is, remove it using adobe acrobat or create a PDF from a Word output.
