Frame to Flare to Word: Bullets

I am importing from Frame to Flare, and then outputting to HTML Help and Word.
As previous posts have mentioned, it is not possible to map a Frame bulleted list to a <li> tag, I am forced to use a p. style with autonumber, and the bullet pasted in.

In HTML help the bullets look fine. My problem is when I output to word, those bulleted lists do not use the Word bullets, they are a paragraph format. This is not ideal, as our training dept will be taking that word file to modify, and you cannot continue a list by pressing Enter, change the bullet style afterwards, easily change margins etc.

So, seeing as though I can't map FrameMaker bullets to lists, is there anyway I can generate proper bullets from Flare autonumbers when outputting to word?

I am in this same exact situation. Is this not possible?
