_gen_ problems continue

I have removed every extra blank line (or P tag) I can find.

I still get "_gen_" bookmarks in my PDF output -- and in the same places, no less.

What am I missing here and how can I fix it?

I have removed extra spaces in addition to deleting extra lines.

Of all the _gen_ bookmarks I had, only two stubbornly remain in one topic. I can find no more spaces or lines to delete.

Any suggestions on removing these?

If you click on those bookmarks in the output, it should jump to the troubled area. Once you have a basic idea of where it's jumping to, open the topic in the Internal Text Editor and see what might be there that's causing the problem.
