Is there a way to control PDF output doc properties?

I like the PDF target in Flare and it seems to work reasonably well. I'm still working through a few issues. I'm wondering if there is a way to control the PDF properties before the doc is generated? What I'd like is to be able to hard code the initial view and doc description properties so that I don't have to edit them in Adobe PDF afterward. I'd like to set the magnification percent, page layout (to single), document title, author, etc.
