Is the Create Group dialog customizable?

I recently discovered the Create Group (selecting stuff and pressing the Tab key). Very cool!

The dialog presents me with a number of tags from our template. However, we don't use all of them when authoring new content. (Some of them are for legacy content.) I would like to hide some tags, change the order of the tags that are shown, and/or "pin" tags as the Style Pane allows.

Are there any ways to customize the Create Group dialog? Thanks!

Same question. I want to add descriptions for the custom Divs I've made. I added comments to the stylesheet, but that didn't do anything. Also, "form" always appears. It's not in our stylesheet. Where does this come from? Thanks.
