Image overlaps text in a Flare htm topic

If it were MS Word, I'd select Text Wrap=Top & Bottom. Any such in Flare

Right click the image and choose one of the Text Wrap options "In Line with text", "Square", "Behind" or "In Front of". Once that's done you can right click the image and in Properties set any margin/padding you want for the image on all sides or just one or two.
