Adding callouts to graphics

Is there a practical way to add callouts to graphics or screen captures in topics in Flare? And if so, if the Help window gets resized by the user, where does the graphic and the callout line end up "wrapping" to?

Sounds like a perfect case to use Capture. You may want to take a look at it here:
