Hyperlinking variables?

I have defined a variable that is the URL of a product website. Within the Targets, I am changing the definition of the variable to point to a different URLs, depending on the product.

Can I hyperlink within the variable definition, so that users can click on the generated variable and link to the appropriate website?

Not using variables. But you can insert the content into a snippet, and then you can do what you want. Then in your snippet, use conditions depending on the target.

Finally, in your target, set the conditions to include the correct condition and exclude the other conditions.

(Snippets can contain content ranging in size from a single character to a whole topic, so they are like Variables on Steroids)
