Condition tags no longer working?

I've defined a couple of condition tags (ImportNo and ImportYes) and all worked fine. Now,I'm adding new topics and I can no longer select one of the conditions (ImportNo). I can select any of the other conditions but not this one. Also, I cannot change existing topics from this condition to another. What's freezing it?

What do you mean you can't select it? It's not longer appearing in the list of conditions to be selected, or it appears in the list but it's grayed out?

Also, are you pulling topics from another project using the project linking feature, or were the topics created in the current project?

Lastly, are you using source control? Do you have rights to modify the topics?

Never mind. I got it working by clicking "Unselect All."
