Inserting rows - shortcut or button

I must be missing something...
Is there a way to insert table rows without using the menu command: Table>Insert>Rows Above/Rows Below.
To the left of the command, there is an icon suggesting at least a toolbar button somewhere...but I can't find it.
Or, perhaps there is a keyboard shortcut.

Okay, I just spotted the right-click command on the tag blocks pane. That will do.
