Continued error (after computer crash)

I have run the Repair function via the setup file, I have restarted the program. I have used a VM snapshot - nothing resolves the error I keep seeing.

Any thoughts?

System.Wondows.Markuo.XamlParseException

I've hit this error before and it's easily fixable, once you know how!

Here's the solution I got from MadCap Tech Support:

As we discussed, Flare would open with "System.Windows.Markup.XamlParseException" error. We advised that the "Fontsets.mcfst" file is bad and would need to be renamed so that Flare can create a new version. We followed the path below to rename the "Fontsets.mcfst" file and then closed and reopened Flare. This fixed the issue.

What I did was to rename the FontSets.mcfst as something like FontSets.mcfstbad. Then when I launched Flare, it recreated the file. I later went back and deleted the bad copy.
