Odd message opening topic: BoxLayout: Missing page layout

I've got an odd one and I can't work out the problem.

In one of my projects I open a very short topic (contains graphics, conditions and a list, but no tables or anything complex). When I open it I get the message window pops up at the bottom of my screen saying "BoxLayout: Missing page layout file [...path...] default.flpgl"

I don't HAVE a page layout by that name and even though I've done a search (in source code on files of all types) I can't find any reference at all to default.flpgl. I haven't worked in this project for a while.

Any clues? This is probably something really silly so I'm ready for the "D'oh!" moment. Thanks.

I am getting a log warning that says it is coming from the boxlayout subsystem.
