Flare to Zendesk App. Webinar. Now it can be DONE!

We are presently close to publishing our Zendesk integration app that will take content you write in Flare and push it into Zendesk. Many companies love using Flare but also want the Zendesk benefits of ticket deflection, widget and full ticketing solution for customer support. Our app addresses that.

We will be doing 2 separate demos in August 2016:

• Flare to Zendesk App. Wednesday 3rd August at 10am California time, 1pm in New York, 6pm in London. The demo will last for 45 minutes.

Please note that we are official Zendesk resellers. We do not sell Madcap Flare. We have partnered with TechTav, who are official Madcap resellers. Together, we will ensure each customer has a complete solution from writing of content in Flare, publishing in a way ready for the app and getting the Zendesk Help Center ready for the content.

I have been receiving emails since the webinar has passed. Feel free to reach out to me, no matter how far past the original date, and we'll try and sort you out with a demo.

BTW both Madcap and Zendesk have seen the webinar and app. They approve and support our efforts (in a non official capacity).

Presently the app is going into Beta. We don't have a date when it's due in the marketplace. For those on Zendesk Professional and Enterprise, you can install private apps. Our app would work like that meanwhile. I'll post updates to the app's market status.

FYI if you want a demo of Zendesk, basically explaining why happy Flare customers also want to publish in Zendesk, we can show that as well.
