Image properties - strange variation

This is really just a question I'm asking out of curiosity, since it's not causing a problem.

Sometimes when I click on the image properties (to change an image or to look at the filename), I see the following format (full location including filename):
file:///C:/Users/212068025/Documents/GitHub/Foundation/Content/Resources/Images/Keystone/08Review/08-07_Screen_LiveImage.png

Other times, I see this instead (filename first, then location):
Screen_RefModePulseButtons_VAS.png - C:\Users\212068025\Documents\GitHub\Foundation\Content\Resources\Images\Keystone\05Imaging\

Any idea why it would vary?

I would suspect that the first path is showing that the image actually resides outside of the Flare project.
