Preview Window dosen't work anymore

Hello,
I started working on my project this morning and i was unable to use the preview window. Not that i get an error or something, nothing happens when i click on the preview window (HTML 5 top navigation preview).
The preview window worked properly until this morning.
Any ideas on how to get it back ?
PS : I'm using the 2017 r2 version of Flare.

Try Window > Reset Layout. I just had a problem with the Preview Window being pegged to the top of the screen, such that I couldn't move it. Maybe it got minimized beyond your reach.

I don't know if this would work, but you can try it no problem. There are some types of window that it doesn't work with, and Preview might be one of them (can't try it out at the moment).
1. Click preview. Make sure you don't click anywhere else, so the screen remains in focus, whereever it is hiding.
2. Press Alt+Spacebar+M, then any arrow key.
3. Waggle the mouse madly until the screen displays.
4. Click to drop the screen where you want it.
Another trick is to press Win Key + right or left arrow key a couple of times.

This worked for me, don't know how I undid things, but it was zero fun to have a non-functioning Preview but topics was opening only in their primary output (mostly PDF, where we (send for) review most topics individually.

- NB it occurs for the first time in Madcap Flare 2019

Today 22 Nov. 20119
it occurs again in 2019 R2, and I used again this solution.

I had this problem too, and it turned out that an image on the page was over 20MB big which caused extreme loading time. After decreasing the file size, the problem was solved.
