Hi everyone I am completely knew to Flare, I have just started a new tech writing job at a telco and my manager has told me he wants me to become proficient in Flare "as fast as possible". Any advice on how to do this would be most welcome!
He asked me to focus in particular emphasis on migrations, templates and publishing - the company has content in several languages. I have some knowledge of web development - PHP, HTML and Javascript but Madcap Flare is completely new to me and although I have had a look at the videos and online help I am still feeling somewhat lost and I need to get up to speed on this ASAP

Re: Learning fast
Welcome to the forums
First thing I'd do is work through the tutorials.
Then I'd make a sample project and try to implement the features you are going to want before working on a 'real' project.

Re: Learning fast
Watching MadCap's Flare webinars helped me a great deal. It gave me a chance to see how other people use Flare and helped me wrap my head around how I can apply Flare to what I'm doing.
