I found this issues this morning in my event log viewer after Flare hung up during moving files in Content Viewer.
Activation context generation failed for "C:\Program Files\MadCap Software\MadCap Flare 13\Flare.app\Resources\AdobeAIR\SDK\runtime\Adobe AIR\Versions\1.0\Adobe AIR.dll".Error in manifest or policy file "C:\Program Files\MadCap Software\MadCap Flare 13\Flare.app\Resources\AdobeAIR\SDK\runtime\Adobe AIR\Versions\1.0\Adobe AIR.dll" on line 3. The value "MAJOR_VERSION.MINOR_VERSION.BUILD_NUMBER_MAJOR.BUILD_NUMBER_MINOR" of attribute "version" in element "assemblyIdentity" is invalid.
I also found this in the event viewer:

Also, attached are two screen shots, from my phone camera, of my screen. Two big boxes covering my desktop. I let windows end the annoyance and kill Flare. THIS HAS GONE ON LONG ENGOUGH!. It has been since Version 8 when I was with OZ-Systems, yeah check the support logs for Bob Buckley at oz-systems. Loads of messages from me.
Please Please tell me what the crap is going on. MadCap, what am I to do?

Re: Flare Crashing Big Boxes Cover Desktop, and Adobe Air?
These are peer-to-peer forums, so you probably want to contact MadCap support about the issue.
I've seen "black box" issues with Flare for a few years now (maybe v10/11), which usually appear for 5-30secs whilst Flare is thinking about something.
Incredibly annoying as they're on top of other windows, meaning you can't see anything else!

Thank you.
Peer-to-peer is fine. MC cannot seem to find the answer. They have at least 5 bug submissions from me and I'm starting all over again. Last night the longest yet recorded was 15 minutes. There is something seriously wrong with the Content Explorer. Don't get me wrong, aside from all this, I use Flare everyday, and have been since version 4 (back when Flare just disappeared).
I would hope someone out there anywhere has run across a solution.
