Yes, you can select the browser if you use View from either the target or the Builds window.

I'm looking for setting the browser for the 'preview' window specifically. I think Flare is wrapping IE's browser for their preview window.

Sorry, I misread - no you can't choose a browser for the preview.

It is not possible to change the default browser for topic preview at this time,
however, this is currently a requested feature for future releases of Flare.
