Hello,
My company currently uses MadCap Flare for an external knowledge base. We are in the process of creating an internal knowledge base via Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 (on prem) and I need help figuring out we could link Dynamics and MadCap so that they two systems talk to each other. Anyone have any documentation or a person that would be best to speak with regards to this? I'd greatly appreciate it!!
