Responsive Cell Missing in Output

Responsive Cell Missing in Output

I'm using Responsive Design for my various outputs. When I preview, I can see the "Contact Us" button that I added as the last, 7th, cell, and it is formatted exactly like the others.

But when I generate the help and it opens to this page, that cell is missing.

Any clues as to why this is happening?

I added the graphic again and now it's working.
