Has Madcap announced end of support for Flare 12?

Most of our organization runs Flare 2017, but we have some internal processes still running Flare 12. This will continue for at least a year. Does anyone know whether Madcap has declared an end of support date for Flare 12? I presume Madcap will continue support during 2018, but you never know. I would like to assure our IT that Flare 12 will be supported for at least another year. Thanks.

As to what kind of support you are asking for? Support on how to use F12 or bug fixes? In either case, you better ask MadCap directly. While some from MadCap frequent these forums, they are peer to peer forums and most if not all of us are not in a position to speak on behalf of MadCap.

I'd be interested in knowing if you received an answer. I work in Flare version 11. I do not have a maintenance package, therefore, don't receive new updates. However, I think Madcap technical support will help resolve technical questions as long as you own a license to the product.
