List of MadCap:tags

Does anyone have a list describing the MadCap tags that appear in the <HTML> section? I requested a description from MadCap Software, but they don't "provide that information".

I don't see any options in StyleSheet Editor to manage these tags. So where are these tags maintained?

For example, some of the tags are:
MadCap:comment="06/16/2005 reference tests linked"
MadCap:timeEstimate="15"
MadCap:id="Facility Option"
MadCap:priority="2"
MadCap:lastBlockDepth="7"
MadCap:conditions="Primary.Indexed"
