FLARE R3 CRASHES

Anybody else having problems with version R3 crashing daily? Finally reverted back to R2 and crashes have disappeared. MC support is of little value.

1. Flare crashes 5-10 times a day when using Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V (Copy, Paste).
MC solution:
This error is usually due to other applications being open and using the clipboard process. To avoid this error, please try closing other applications when using Flare.

Really????

2, Flare crashes when saving and opening selected projects from GIT repository.
MC Solution:
Since upgrading to 2017 r3, there have been issues with a project crashing - first when saving, then when opening the project.
...
You can also attempt to reimport a new local copy of the project from the remote repository, then see if it has the same crashing behavior.

i.e. WOW. Telling users to delete the work that was done and start over. Very helpful. Guess best strategy is do hourly backups in the event a Flare user has to start over. This is looking like RoboHelp all over again. Loosing data was the main reason for transitioning from RoboHelp.
