Multiple Flare session/instance running possible?

I have a single user version Flare local installed on my computer.
Running Flare, I can start another session/instance of Flare on the same computer.
Is this a correct way?
Because in this way it is easy to copy things between projects.
Or does Flare mix up things?

Do be careful, though, copying files from project A into Project B. Consider this scenario: Say you want to copy a file in Project A that references/is linked to another file in Project A. If you copy into Project B only the first file, Flare won’t really recognize that there is now a broken link back to the second file. Rather, the copied file in Project B will *point back to* the linked file in Project A. Flare will see that link as a link to an external file. This may or may not be what you want.

If you need to copy many files from Project A into Project B, you might get the best results by doing an import operation because Flare will preserve all the linkages among the imported files. Once the import is done, you can delete the import file itself (the file in the Project > Imports folder), thereby breaking the association back to Project A.
