Generated Output won't scroll in any browser

Using Flare 2017 r3 on Windows 7. Tried IE and Chrome browsers with this.

I've got a project using the Sunset template from Flare and I've modified to fit our needs. Everything has been working fine until recently. When I generate the Help, my pages no longer scroll. I've gone through to make sure the overflow is auto and not fixed, but still not working. I'm not a code person, so there may be something else in the code I'm not seeing.

I'm having the same issue with the Coronado template. Were you ever able to resolve the scrolling issue?
