Inserting H1,H2, H3,
Are there any keyboard shortcuts or buttons on the Flare UI for inserting these headings?

Not by default. But you can set up a macro, then link that to a shortcut.
For example, to set up an h1 macro:
- Click a place in an open topic where you'd like to change the style to h1 (this is important - you can't click in the topic after you've started recording the macro, or the resulting macro won't work)
- On the Tools tab, click Record (in the Macros group)
- Go to the Home tab, open the Style list, then choose h1 (be sure to use this list, not the style pane)
- Return back to the Tools tab and click Stop.
- Click Manage and assign your new macro a shortcut. if your shortcut is already in use, you'll need to go to File > Options and unassign it (from both the global and XML editor shortcuts)
