Using Etteplan's HyperSTE tool with Flare

Post by Dennetti »

Hi. Does anyone have experience of using Etteplan's Simplified Technical English (STE) tool, HyperSTE with Flare. I am considering moving to Flare as our current authoring tool, RoboHelp does not support HyperSTE. It would be really helpful to hear how well it integrates into the Flare GUI, and whether it is simple to use. If you could let me know what steps I would need to follow when checking that a topic is compliant with the STE rules, that would be brilliant. Thanks very much for any advice,
Mark

Thanks very much, this is quite useful and I appreciate you pointing it out to me. What I particularly need are some impressions from people who have actually used the HyperSTE tool with Flare. I'd like to gauge what it would be like to live with this too on a daily basis.
