Disable AliasFile in target?

Post by AnalogKid_82 »

I'm getting Alias File Warnings when generating an HTML5 target that doesn't require an AliasFile. The Warning messages indicate that the Alias File is pointing to missing topics, since the topics, intentionally, are not part of the TOC linked to the target. In the target, on the Advanced tab, you can set the Alias File to default or select a specific Alias File, but I want to disable this setting entirely. Is this possible? Thanks in advance!

Create an additional empty alias file in your project and assign it to the target at the place you noted.

Yes, the empty alias file certainly resolves the warnings. I see there is also a related option on the Warnings tab: 21006

Thanks!
