Hyperlink to a Book in a Table of Contents

Is it possible to create a hyperlink from text in a topic to a book in a Table of Contents within the same project?

Not really - you create hyperlinks or cross-refs to topics, so if the book isn't a topic just a structural thing, you won't be able to link to it.
Started as a newbie with Flare 6.1, now using Flare 2023.
