Scroll in Content; fixed side and top pane

Hi All,

Is there a way we can attain a scrolling content block and fixed top and side panes in HTML5 output.

1) Use a "side nav" skin - i.e. set the skin Main Menu Position to Left/Right.

2) For a "top nav" skin, you can set a fixed header and menu:
