Icons in Content Explorer

On Monday, April 1, 2019, I was seeing icons on the Explorer icon at the left margin of each topic name. Today, Wednesday, April 3, 2019, I am not seeing those icons. The icons indicated the topics where I had made and saved changes, but had not yet committed.

Track Changes is turned on and the Show Changes checkbox is selected.

Why are they gone? How do I get them back? They were helpful to me to keep track of the topics I have edited and saved.
