Popup references to html file

I'm in the process of importing and updating files from another exported project. In the imported project there are popups that reference html files rather than plain text. Is this still possible? If so, how is this done?

Perhaps it's me after a long work day, but I'm having a hard time understanding your questions. I can't quite visualize all the exporting and importing and updating. I don't know what you're asking about. What's the "this" in "Is this still possible?" and in "... how is this done?" Sorry. Please try again and we'll see if we can get you some community help.
