Hi all,
we are working with 5 editors at the same projekt for the same device X at the first time.
Each of us starts creating at the same time with the manual, e.g.
- colleague 1 writes the online help for a software of device X
- colleague 2 writes the disassembly/assembly instructions for device X
- colleague 3 writes the user manual for device X.
We are working at the first time, but we are NOT releasing our manuals at the first time.
Now, when generating the flare output (e.g. the user manual will be released at first), ALL flare topics (and images as well) of the project of all colleagues at this time are part of the output.
That is tricky because in the HTML5 output
- the output folder requires lot of memory space.
- the output folder has a lot of not released files, maybe confidentional at the moment.
We have a "do not publish condition" to set a topic to "do not publish", but then this topic cannot generated by another colleague as well, it will not published!
Therfore I guess, the problem is, that flare does not collect the required files of an output, right?
