Can anyone tell me if the Publish Output to Zendesk option is available in the 30-day trial version of Flare 2019?
Will it allow to install the Connect to Zendesk plugin if I choose the Custom installation option while installing the trial version of Flare 2019?
Just wanted to check how it can publish to Zendesk directly.

Yes, you can try MadCap Connect for Zendesk (the plugin) for 30 days with the trial version of Flare 2019. When you choose custom from the Flare install wizard, you can choose to install MadCap Connect for Zendesk. Installing this plug in enables you to create a publishing destination with MadCap Connect for Zendesk as the type. When you choose this in the type, you will be prompted to activate the trial of the Plugin. So the ticker on the plug in only starts when you activate it from the destination file. Once activated, you will be prompted to log in to your Zendesk account, and after you log in to your Zendesk account from Flare, you can configure the options in the destination. In the target you choosing to publish to Zendesk, be sure to choose this destination file from the publishing tab in the target file. Then you can publish directly to Zendesk.
