  1. In the Project Organizer, open your skin.
  2. Click the Toolbar tab in the skin editor.
  3. Click Print in the list of Available toolbar buttons.
  4. Click the arrow between the two panes to move it into the list of Selected toolbar buttons.
  5. Optionally click the arrows at the bottom of the Selected pane to position the print button among other buttons.

That will work for a Tripane skin, but if you're using TopNav or Side Nav see: https://help.madcapsoftware.com/flare20 ... ight=print

Thanks a lot, both. I am using Side Nav so will give this a try.

This works fine for adding a button to each topic. Is there a simple way to add a Print button to the Help header, rather than to the individual topics? Thanks.

To get the button on all topics, add it to the master page.

The side nav skin (and top nav) don't allow you to add toolbar buttons to the skin header area.
To do that you would need to use a manual hack - i.e. write your own script/CSS to move it.

Thanks for your comments. I actually prefer the Print button on the individual pages, although currently in RoboHelp it is on the header.

Dave Lee, do you know where I can find instructions for adding a button to the skin header area using a script/CSS?
