Question about showing tags

Flare newbie question here.

Is there any way to have a hybrid view of the the Editor view?

I'm coming from an Arbortext background and I liked seeing the tags in the Editor in this manner:

Yes. Click the "eye ball" button on the XML Editor's toolbar. That is for toggling show/hide tags.

I find that splitting my screen does the trick. This way, the top of the screen contains the wysiwyg bit, and the underlying code is in the bottom of the screen, like this:

The three dots that I've highlighted are normally at the bottom of the window. Drag them up and you can see both. When you highlight something in one half of the screen, the other half jumps to the same place so you don't have to scroll up and down yourself. I split my screen all the time (usually with just a little bit in the text editor rather than half and half) and I learn a lot about how my topics are put together.
