Keyboard Macros in Flare on Windows?

I've started using AutoHotKey with Flare, which saves a lot of keystrokes in doing things that are strictly keyboard based. Are there known ways to use it for tasks that involve selecting from menus? For example, I'd like to be able to set a selection to a particular style of span with a keystroke. Possible? (Or, alternatively, are there ways of setting span types, etc, strictly from the keyboard without visual feedback?)
