Madcap Connect for Zendesk

Hi All,

I'm currently using ZenDesk as my main publishing destination, so it made sense to purchase the 'Madcap Connect for Zendesk' plugin, but I have had nothing but trouble with it. The plugin seems very patchy and full of bugs. I've reported a couple of bugs to MadCap already, and the plugin has been patched, but I'm still having one major issue which is really frustrating me:

I can only seem to publish successfully once. When my documentation is updated in Flare and I try to publish to ZenDesk again, the publish fails every time. If I create a new Destination, the publish works, but all of my content is duplicated, so I have to manually remove it from ZenDesk. I just want to be able to write my documentation, press 'Publish' and have it added to or updated in ZenDesk, but this is currently not happening.

Does anyone else have this issue? Am I doing something wrong or does the plugin still have issues to be ironed out? Happy to provide more info if asked.

Fully agree, having similar problems to those listed
