Table Formatting

Hello.

Here is a table that was handily created in Microsoft Word:

When I imported the Word file, all the color-coding disappeared. I am a total newbie with regard to HTML and CSS for something like this. How on earth do I replicate this? All pointers gratefully received.

Once you've imported your Word file, can you edit the imported file in Flare?

I ask because when I import Word docs I'm not allowed to edit them manually in Flare because the import stuff happens automatically every build so I have a bunch of scripts to tidy up the html before I build the outputs, but you might be "allowed" to go into Flare and apply styles etc.
