Hi all
I know this has been asked and answered before, but I can't find the answer in either the Flare help or the forums, probably because I'm asking the wrong question.
I've recently updated my version of Snagit from 2019 to 2020, and that's what I use to edit graphics, rather than using Capture.
In Content Explorer, when you right-click a .png file you can select a program to open the file with, but I can't find how to change that menu so it includes the right version of Snagit. Any pointers, please?

Snagit needs to be registered with Windows to appear in context menus.
Try right-clicking a .png file I file explorer and using the 'open with...' command to open it with Snagit, you might have to 'choose another program' and navigate to Snagit.
Should work then, although you might have to do d reboot firest.
