I was typing away this morning and noticed that my unordered list wasn't looking quite right. In viewing the markup I saw that Flare was adding <p> tags within every list item. It's putting extra space between the lines. Not that hard to get rid of, but I'm sure Flare didn't used to do this. Does anyone have insight on how to prevent each list item also being its own paragraph?

I believe this is new in Flare 2020 r2.

You can pick your default list preference under File > Options > XML Editor > List. You'll want to set it to Simple.

Thanks for your help folks, that solved it. But man, what a strange option for Madcap to pick that as a default. (to me, anyway)
