Hi,
I would like to add a topic that simply lists all configuration parameters. It would be very similar to an Index, but located within a chapter.
Is there an easy way to design it like an index page -- i.e., alphabetical grouping of the parameters ?
any ideas?

If you want to create a list of elements (that aren't index entries), and have links to where they are, then I'd look at the List-Of proxy.

For example, you could create a style for your configuration parameters (e.g. span.configuration, or h1.configuration), then insert a List-Of proxy to generate a list of references to that style.
