I'm a Flare newbie so please bear with me.
I would like to know how I can have two different PDF outputs with the same content but only differing in Font colour. Is this possible?

Hi and a big welcome to Flare.
Yes, this is indeed possible, but first you need to understand how thing hang together in Flareworld.
To get your outputs, you create TARGETS.
To decide what goes in them, you create TOCs (Tables of Contents).
To decide what they look like, you create STYLESHEETS (with MEDIUMS).
In your case, you would have TWO PDF TARGETS, one for the pink text, one for blue text.
You would have ONE TOC, which contains whatever you want in both outputs, and that TOC would be used in both targets.
You would have either one stylesheet with two different mediums, or two separate stylesheets. For the sake of argument let's say you have one stylesheet, and have a PINK medium and a BLUE medium.
In your stylesheet, in the PINK medium you would set the font colour for "body" to be pink, in the BLUE medium I reckon you can work out what to do...
In your BLUE target you would use your TOC but on the Advanced tab set the medium to use the BLUE medium, similar for your PINK target. (If you are using two different stylesheets rather than the same stylesheet with different mediums, you set which stylesheet to use on the General tab of the target.)
Generate both targets and see what you get!
That's the nuts of it, you should be able to get there with that little lot but do ask if that's not quite enough.
