Is it possible to have an online output where it will allow your readers to filter the contents based on their role? I am new to Madcap and would like to know if this is possible and/or how is it done. Thanks!

I am not aware of a feature for that in Flare, so I guess you would have to do some additional custom work to do it.

I did notice before there was some custom work to use Flare conditions to filter content in a topic based on a selected version (but it was only per topic it looks like), but potentially something similar could be done done to filter based on role? Over in the Flare Slack community, there was a lively discussion recently on a similar subject.

Besides Thomas Tregner's blog article, these two other blog articles offer seeds for a solution:

If you'd like to join the Flare Slack community, I'm am admin and so can send an invitation. Because you are a new forum member, you won't yet be able to send me a PM here, so go to my website's Contact page (the URL to the website is in my signature) and use the form to give me (1) your email address and (2) your location.
