Hi all
We're currently using Flare 2020 r3 and, thinking about some future requirements, we're considering whether it is possible/workable/not horrifically complicated to generate Flare source files from DITA source using a highly customized DTD and a highly customized Flare CSS.
Does anyone know of macros, XSLT, or scripts that could help with automatically converting DITA to HTM source and applying the appropriate mapping between DITA elements and HTML elements/styles, sucking in RCs and entities and generating snippets and variables as appropriate?
Sounds like a big ask I fear, but maybe someone has an idea.
Many thanks
Ruth

Re: Preparing DITA to import into Flare
You could do worse than contact Tech Support, if you have a support package. I'm sure they'd love to get their teeth into something like this, and may have some very useful suggestions for you.
Started as a newbie with Flare 6.1, now using Flare 2023.
