E-learning Submit Button

Hello, has anyone created a Knowledge Check using the new E-learning functionality? The preview of my topic shows everything working perfectly - I can select a correct or incorrect answer and when I Submit, I get the apprpriate feedback. But in my build, the Submit button is permanently greyed-out - it does not become active after I've selected an answer. have you had this problem? This is only a Knowledge Check - I'm not using the Test functionality. Thank you.

The java script that builds the knowledge test fails if there is any topic in the project with an apostrophe in its name.
