Flare 2021 r2 freezing

Since the last release, Flare has frozen on me several times a day. I close it with task manager and then restart. Restarting Flare and Windows doesn't help. Are other folks having this issue?
How do I resolve it?

I have had trouble with that off and on recently but assumed it had something to do with SVN and possibly a slow network. I hope you get it cleared up--that's very frustrating!
