MadCap equation not visible in online output

Hello everyone, apologies if I posted this in a wrong thread.

I'm working on transferring a PDF document to online help, and some topics contain equations that I created in the MadCap Equation tool. These are visible in the PDF output, but not in the online . No error message is displayed, just blank space where my equation should be.

I tried the "Test CSH API calls" feature and I can see my equations there.
Let me know if you need any additional info.

Any help is appreciated.

Welcome to the forums!

Flare's Help hints that the issue might be if you've elected the .svg format for online equations but have also selected "Generate 'web-safe' images" in the target. Try using the .png format instead.
