Good Morning:
I have an existing manual that is generated as a PDF. The PDF output looks very good and is properly formatted.
I want to have the option to generate the same manual with a different cover. The alternate cover has a border (decoration frame) and different text.
When I generate a PDF of the manual with the alternate cover, I expect the cover to be a single page. However, the alternate cover prints as two pages: A blank page with the border followed by a page with the cover text. In other words, the cover background and foreground appear as separate pages.
Does anyone have an idea why my alternate cover is printing as separate pages?
Regards,
Brian

My first thought: Do you have any body frames on the decorated page? Flare needs somewhere to put the topic text, so you need body frames as well as decoration frames.
